[platform-releng-dev] PDE is asking for another I Build

PDE is asking for the I build to be respun
to address a blocking issue in the PDE extensions (plugin.xml) editor.

Our master and integration branches
have been updated with a fix.  Unfortunately this issue affects M6
as well, so we will send out an email to cross-platform once the I build
completes.
