[platform-releng-dev] 3.7..2 signoff

I was getting 3.7.2 ready for the release
this Friday and realized that we hadn't all signed off on the build.

Here's a bug for this very purpose.

Also, since the 3.7.2 build needs to
remain hidden to allow it sync to the mirrors, the 3.7 and 3.8 build page
will remain static for until Friday morning.  Thus if you want to
see the results from upcoming builds, you'll need to click on the link
sent in the build message.
