Thanks for the update, Kim.

The JDT/Core failures can't be reproduced
in our local environment and nothing has changed in that area in recent
times. The build is good as far JDT/Core is concerned.

Test results from last Friday's maintenance
build.  I reran them yesterday as our lab was down Friday afternoon
due to the power outage on our street. 

The releng test failures are due to missing source reference headers and
a version compare issue which doesn't impact the build.
