[platform-releng-dev] nightly build failures over the weekend

It looks like the nightly builds failed over the weekend because the build jobs were not terminating as expected and consuming a lot of memory. Thus the machine didn't have sufficient memory to run the build. I killed a lot of these processes last night and it appears the integration builds are proceeding normally.
