I opened a bug in releng to track this.
The map was broken by the SDK build.

The noon maintenance build failed because

git___git_eclipse_org_gitroot_platform_eclipse_platform_team_git/bundles/org.eclipse.ui.net
does not exist.


the map file refers to this bundle in the R3_7_maintenance branch but it
doesn't exist there.
