The PDE UI tests are due to changes in
the target platform.  The tests were using a hard coded string that
could differ between machines.  Mike has committed a fix for the test:

In addition, the implementation of target
persistence is incorrect.  This should not cause any problems with
using PDE. Tracked by:

The failures were not caught earlier
as they pass locally for Ankur and I.  The tests will fail in the
I build as well.
