The failing UA test is once again testServletReadInParallel.
This is a stress test which fails every once in a while, it does not test
the help system as much as it tests the server. After this milestone is
complete I will remove this test from the UA test suite and create a version
of the test which does not depend on the help system and attach it to a
bug so it can be contributed to the Equinox test suite.

The failure does not affect the quality
of the build.
