[platform-releng-dev] New map file location

There have been a couple of updates to
the wrong map files today. Reminder that the map files have moved to a
new repository:

http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.releng.maps.git

I have deleted the org.eclipse.releng
bundle from master in the old repository to avoid more confusion. I also
pinged the people who updated the wrong maps to make sure they switch to
this new one.
