[platform-releng-dev] Git migration reminders

We are almost complete our Git migration.
 There are only two repos left to go :-)  (eclipse.platform and
eclipse.platform.releng).  Some reminders of tasks to complete after
you component has migrated.

1) Update the description of your repo.
 This is the "description" file at the root of your repo.
 The text will describe your repo here http://git.eclipse.org/instead
of the default of "Unnamed repository"
2) Update your map files to point to
Git repositories for both HEAD and R3_7_maintenance stream builds.
3) Update your component's metadata
 in the portal to refer to your source code location in Git, not CVS.
