The API Tools failures are the same problems
currently occuring in the nightly build.  They are intermittent failures
that are surfaced far more frequently because of a change in the way our
tests import projects.

They do not represent a problem with
the build.

The debug failures are also intermittent
failures that do not affect the quality of the build.

Could teams comment on the test failures?

The UI failures are making me a bit nervous, 12 failures in jface on Windows
eg

junit.framework.AssertionFailedError: call to updateElement expected
at org.eclipse.jface.tests.viewers.SimpleVirtualLazyTreeViewerTest.testCreation(SimpleVirtualLazyTreeViewerTest.java:110)
