[platform-releng-dev] maintenance build is delayed this morning

There is a problem in the build where the maintenance stream version of org.eclipse.osgi is checked out, then the HEAD version is checked out. Problems ensue. This is due to git migration issues in the build scripts. I'll start a build when I have a solution.
