We switched to git for the core osgi framework and tests
but it appears that the org.eclipse.osgi.tests are being built from an
old tag while org.eclipse.osgi is being build from master for the nightly
build. The tests need to be run out of master in order to pass. I am not
sure why this is happening since the core.map file shows both projects
using GIT and using the tag which was used for the last I-Build. But it
appears the last n-build correctly used master for org.eclipse.osgi and
incorrectly used the tagged version from the map for org.eclipse.osgi.tests.

I may have to revert the map to build the tests from CVS HEAD until I can
get assistance from Kim and Andrew next week.
