The bundles org.eclipse.equinox.p2.publisher.eclipse  and org.eclipse.pde.doc.user should be tagged to fix the releng failures.

PDE is requesting a rebuild for Bug 340906

If you launch a junit plug-in application test (running a UI based application such as org.eclipse.sdk.ide) using junit4 and uncheck "Run in the UI thread" the application will launch but the test harness will not run.  No information is passed to the user to explain what is going on.

The fix has been committed and tagged.
