There are 3 problems:
1) CHKPII error in the readme (I've just fixed that one).

2) Version compare errors in 'org.eclipse.equinox.p2.discovery.feature'.

3) diffs reported by the comparator
Those are caused because we intentionally used a new builder (i.e. Java 
compiler) in order to fix up wrongly generated byte code. The affected 
bundles need to re-tagged for the next build (12:00 EST today). I've 
opened bug 336815 to track the re-tagging. SWT and Equinox, please visit 
that bug.

NOTE: The newly reported compile warnings are also a consequence of using 
the new builder. We will live with those for 3.6.2 instead of touching the 
code at this point.
