[platform-releng-dev] Please give your M5 "go" as soon as you are ready

I think I forgot to mention this in the
past, but please indicate your "go" as soon as possible today.
The EMF project is now a +0 project, but they can't declare until we have
pushed our final build. And Platform 4.1 can't do their final build until
EMF is done, so the sooner we get the ball rolling, the better. If you're
in the habit of waiting until end of day "just in case" something
came up, please consider declaring as soon as you are satisfied with the
latest candidate build.
