[platform-releng-dev] problems with I20110124-0916 build

I updated to the I20110124-0916 build and now Eclipse doesn't start because of a problem activating the core.resources bundle.

I looked at the test machines and they are showing the same issue. Most of the tests are failing.

So
1) Don't update to the latest build.
2) We need a respin. I assume I20110124-1300 has the same issue.
