No, the only thing I can tell is that this
is the last test that ran in the log.

My other thought was that the tests
were just  taking too long and timing out but that doesn't seem to
be the case.

I'm rerunning the tests on the machine
to see if the problem reoccurs.

I have no idea why these tests timed out. They are green here and don't
take longer than they used to. 
The consolelog says: 
     [echo] Running org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.refactoring.all.AllAllRefactoringTests.
Result file: C:\buildtest\N20101202-2000\eclipse-testing/results/win32.win32.x86_6.0/org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests.refactoring.all.AllAllRefactoringTests.xml.

Kim, do you you have any additional information (e.g. a vm crash log)?
