[platform-releng-dev] New links in build result messages

For those who hadn't noticed those funny
new links in build messages, these are links to the JUnit result data for
any failing test suite. You can drag those links from your browser address
bar, or from your email client if supported, and drop them onto the JUnit
view in Eclipse. The test results will then be rendered in the JUnit view
tree, showing failure counts, stack traces, etc. When combined with the
"Show Failures Only" button in the JUnit view, this lets you
quickly narrow down where your failures are.

It sure beats scrolling through massive
build result pages in your browser and tabbing back and forth while you
narrow down the failure. Thanks to Markus, Olivier, and Kim for adding
this feature to make the lives of committers a little easier!
