[platform-releng-dev] nightly build results

Last night we had a lot of thunder and
lightning in Ottawa.  Actually,  I happened to get caught in
the thunderstorm while I was out running.  Which makes you run faster.
 Unfortunately,  our build machines decided to take a different
approach and stopped running altogether because of a power outage.  (To
runners and release engineers, this is known as a  DNF.)  Therefore,
 the test results for the nightly build are not available.  I'll
rerun performance test results for the integration build that are missing.
