There is a file that resides on a nfs
filesystem that we use to store the last build id.  This is used by
subsequent builds to compare the versions of org.eclipse.releng and diff
the map files to determine if there map files are updated.  This file
was empty. It appears that there were some errors on the nfs filesystem.
In any case, I've fixed this and started another build.  Sorry for
the delay.
