[platform-releng-dev] cvs timeouts have delayed the build

The integration build was delayed by several cvs timeouts. We have lots of bandwidth to our lab. The ssh connection is just hanging. I have opened a bug with the webmaster.

I ran the stalled cvs checkout manually and the build is proceeding.
