So it looks like the build failed because
the master zip failed to get signed.  Not sure why.   I don't
have access to signing logs on eclipse.org.  I've restarted the build
from the point where it failed.

The build worked all last week while
I was attending EclipseCon. Today, I'm back in the office and it fails.
 

Correlation does not equal causation.
