We have not yet been able to reproduce
this failure and have modified the failing test to provide more information.
 The test is expected to fail again tonight.  
We will disable the test afterwards
if this additional information is not sufficient to explain the failure.

The p2 test failure is in a test that performs an upgrade from 3.5.0 to
the latest build. I ran this scenario manually and the upgrade worked successfully,
so this looks like a problem with the test and doesn't affect the quality
of the build. This failure is being tracked by:
