If you have updated to the latest I-build you may be having problem running p2 or parts of PDE (you will get something like that in the log: Caused by: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.metadata.expression.ExpressionParseException:
Parse error in string "limit(0)": Unexpected token "(" at position 6).

The current workaround consists in restarting eclipse once with -clean.
