The CHKPII releng failures are due to a
bad fix for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305141

Fixed in HEAD, both platform.doc plug-ins
released for a rebuild.


Please wait with the rebuild, since
we also need a fix from Platform UI or Team for
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=303784

And Platform UI may also want to fix
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=305142
