I've started a build.  However,
it won't show up on the download page directly.  I've frozen the main
download page to allow the 3.5.2 build to propogate unseen to the mirrors.
 

The build will be available here

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops//I20100225-1936

when available.  Or even better,
update from the repository using p2

http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.6-I-builds/
