One of the windows test machines had
rebooted and the display was not available.  I've fixed that for the
next build.  No, I don't know why it rebooted. I'm investigating.

The debug tests passed locally. However, a screen saver (as Boris 
mentioned) could have caused these virtual viewer tests to fail.
