Olivier, there is a stack trace in the
console logs for these tests where a process can't be created.  The
same thing happened in the nightly build.

For intstance look at the console logs

and this one in particular
http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/downloads/drops/I20100119-0800/testresults/consolelogs/win32_consolelog.txt

search for 
at org.apache.tools.ant.taskdefs.Java.fork(Java.java:791)
and you'll see the problem.

I'll open bugs for the releng failures.
 Obviously we need a rebuild to address all the test failures :-)

No idea why these tests all failed with (-1) DNF.
Kim, did the machines crashed?
