was logged for the SWT test failure.  The change that introduced this
problem has been reverted.  It's not obvious that this affects core
Eclipse functionality, but we're requesting a rebuild in case the problem
is actually broader than is currently realized.  Also, e4 may care
about this case. 

We'll notify releng when we're tagged and ready for the rebuild.
