[platform-releng-dev] holiday builds

As was mentioned in the arch call this
week, the last nightly build of 2009 will be tonight Thursday December
17th.   Builds will resume January 4, 2010.  

The good news is that you can run a
nightly build by yourself on the hudson install on build.eclipse.org.  The
instructions are in the releng faq.

Unfortunately, there aren't yet testing
facilities at the foundation.  So you'll have to download the SDKs
and run them yourself  on your workstation :-)
