In the I20091215-0800 build an example plug-in was not built due to CVS
timeouts and hence the doc plug-in was incomplete. It looks like the doc
plug-in does not notice / fail when it can't build all its doc and then
gets checked broken into p2 repository. On the rebuild the broken doc
plug-in was fetched from the p2 repository instead of being correctly
built. I guess we need a similar mechanism as we have in place for compiler
errors, see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=269972.
Having said that, the latest I-build is incomplete regarding some samples.
I have retagged the doc plug-in for a rebuild. Kim, please spin a build.
BTW: Kim, I think it was not necessary to retag the examples plug-in since
a bundle is not put into the p2 repository in case of compiler errors (see
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=269972).
