to allow other teams to assess if they need to recontribute.

One of the windows test machines crashed
overnight.  Thus the missing test results for the I20091209-1800 build.
 I won't rerun these tests since we are running another build and
the tests on all other platforms passed.

PDE requests another M4 build. We are also assessing
an API tooling fix 
(bug 297096) - a build around 12 or 1 p.m. would be helpful.

The map file has been updated for the following Bug changes: 
+ Bug 297115. some error messages don't recognize directories (FIXED)

org.eclipse.pde.core
