So, it looks like I would have to resign
the build to get it started again.  (I don't want unsigned bundles
in the repo).  Since that takes about an hour and we have a build
starting in about an hour, I think it would be more productive for us to
just let the 13:00 build proceed without starting the 8am build.  
 This would also allow the test results to complete more quickly.

It appears that the signed build from eclipse.org was not copied back from
the build machine.  I noticed that eclipse.org was timing out earlier
this morning, not sure if this was the source of the problem.

I've restarted the build from the point where it failed.
