These are errors from the Versioning Compare Tool. They don't affect the 
quality of the build.

I guess they are reported because previous builds only contained org.junit 
3.8.2, but now the org.eclipse.jdt feature also contains org.junit 4.7.0. 
I'll try to deceive the compare tool by reversing the order of plugins in 
the feature. If that doesn't help, we need to exclude the org.junit 
plug-ins from being checked by the tool.
