This morning's problem was CVS.

This afternoon's problem is rsync.  

Our build is rsynced with eclipse.org
through in internal firewall. Our internal traffic was rerouted through
another firewall today without notification.  This firewall has a
different ip address which doesn't correspond to the address in the rsync
stanza at eclipse.org.

I've talked to our network admins and
apparently this change is just for today.  I'll have to copy the build
manually via scp so there will be some delays.  Since the change is
just for today, I won't get Denis to change the addresses.
