There is a problem with the signing
process at eclipse.org.  The build used to check for a signed zip
in an output directory in the signing area.  However, it looks like
the signing process isn't creating the output directory automatically anymore
so the build is exiting prematurely.  I'll copy the signed zip back
for this build manually so the build can proceed.  I'll also change
the builder to create this directory since the signing process doesn't
do this anymore.
