As you have probably noticed, the builds
are very slow today. This is because we are seeing CVS processes stall
between our build machine and the foundation.  I've been emailing
the eclipse webmasters today  and they are investigating the issue.
 The Webtools team has also seen similar issues.  Here's the
bug.
