...to fix bug 289090 [CommonNavigator] labels are missing:

The bug has been approved by the "almost PMC member" John Arthorne - McQ has already left for the day, and we would like to have the rebuild happen today so that downstream clients can verify the fix.

Our map file is updated and ready to go.
