This looks like the org.eclipse.jdt.ui.tests plug-in only got checked out
very recently, but org.eclipse.jdt.junit has been checked out around the
time the N-build was supposed to start.

If it only stalled while checking out tests, then the build might be OK to
use. If it stalled before, the the build is probably really broken.

P.S. If you try do do an N-build from HEAD right now, it will also fail
because our map file does not yet include the new
org.eclipse.jdt.junit.core plug-in.
I'll release that for the next regular N-build.
