The build failed because the pde.build
bundle with the compile error wasn't published to the repo and thus the
director couldn't provision the zips.

The pde build bundle had a compile error
because one of its dependancies didn't update the maps for this week's
build.    The Equinox team will update the maps and we'll start
another build.
