That was my entire fault... :-(
A typo in my last changes I did in the performance test framework for the
results generation... grrr
(one can see details in bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=274997)
This is fixed now and both the map file and the builder have been updated.
I've also generated the results for M7, so they are now available...

The performance tests ran on the M7 build. The results weren't generated
for some reason. I'm investigating.

Platform UI would like to verify fixes related to performance - will the
performance tests be run against the M7 build, or could they be run against
one of the next I builds?
