[platform-releng-dev] 3.4.2 release candidate and test pass this week

This is just a friendly reminder that
tomorrow is the first release candidate build for the 3.4.2 release. This
is followed by a full day test pass by all teams on Thursday against the
RC0 build. This is the only scheduled test day for the 3.4.2 release, so
it's important to get a good build and a solid day of testing. See the
