I've started a rebuild.

Both the M-build and a  test build had the same issue.  I don't know how gremlins on the machine could cause the director to not provision :-)

I backed out the changes for ECF, but I'm suspicious that this would be the root cause of this. I'm inclined to think that there is a gremlins in the machine

The test results from yesterday's builds were delayed because the M-build has zero size zips which held up the test machines earlier yesterday. I stopped those failed tests this morning, but they are still tests queued because we ran three builds yesterday.
