The pde.build test failures are a problem
with the tests and do not indicate a problem with the build.

These tests are for setting execution
environments in the build.
 org.eclipse.osgi recently changed
its Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment to OSGi/Minimum-1.2 and the tests
were only providing OSGi/Minimum-1.1.

The fact that the tests failed after
this change could be viewed as a meta-test which we passed :)
