We moved the URIUtil class to a new package and this is causing ambiguous references. This is strange because before we moved it we checked plug-in references and were ensured that no one in the SDK outside of p2 was using it... apparently the search results were inaccurate. The ambiguous references can be fixed by doing an Organize Imports on the files. We apologize for any inconvenience.
