I'm not sure what the underlying cause is, but the APT tests are definitely failing as if they are running against a version of JDT that does not include the method visibility change that Jerome tried to update the maps with.

These are the test results for the M20081112-1600 build with the M20081112-1600 binaries .    There isn't a way that the JUnit tests for one build to run against another builds binaries. The tests all run in separate directories that include the build name.

I just reran the tests and the same results occurred.  

Perhaps your build input is not as expected?

There must have been some glitch in the releng builder as it appears that the JUnit tests for M20081112-1600 were run with the binaries from M20081112-0800.
Indeed the JUnit tests for M20081112-1600 are failing because of a compile error (the one from  M20081112-0800) but M20081112-1600 didn't have any compile errors.

Kim, any idea of what happened?
