Before I started the rebuild toward
3.5M3, I cleaned the 3.5 I builds update site.    There isn't
tooling to support copying the contents of only one build from a repository
containing multiple builds.  I cleaned the repository so I could copy
the milestone to the 3.5 milestones repo.
