I prefer to call I20080613-2000
 RC4  Directors Cut. Or RC4 Extended Edition.

Nick, I will update the wiki page with
the url when all teams have signed off on the final 3.4 build.  It
looks like we will be respinning this week to update a few legal files.

Is the I20080613-2000 build the one that's being referred
to as RC4a? 
Will it be the final one, renamed to R next week?

Or will there a respin with all green JUnits?

Let me know so I can update the wiki [1] with the future name of the 
Eclipse 3.4.0 GM build (or please do so yourself).
