The RC4 build is still underway, and
should become available later tonight, apparently the corrupted zip problem
is behind us (thanks to p2 & releng teams).

Also, please hold off  updating your maps for doc changes until we
can build RC4.  We would only want to fix this one bug for RC4, not
address additional doc changes.

I'm running a test build with a fix released from Equinox p2 to address
this bug 

linux drops in I20080606-1637are missing eclipse/eclipse and eclipse.ini
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236173

If this fixes the issue, I'll start a real build toward RC4.
