Is this something we could incrementally
fixed before 3.4 final date ? We know we may have a couple critical issues
to address post RC4, this could be one of them...
RC4 really needs to be done today.

The problem is described in https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=236157
It is not a new regression, but something that a lot of people have been
encountering lately and I'm afraid could happen even more frequently when
servers are loaded.
Also the overall nature of the fix is safe, since it mostly consists in
adding checks and building statuses.

What is the nature of the p2 problem ? What is the bug number ? Is this
a regression recently introduced ? 
If not, I would argue to let RC4 conclude, and discuss how we fix the new
problem and when independantly (3.4.1?). 

Please remember that Ganymede relies on us making our schedule...

I have a dilemma: from a p2 standpoint RC4 could be declared. However during
the afternoon the testing for a fix uncovered a new problem that we would
like to fix.
Therefore the question is: should I say no go on RC4 and wait for a re-build
on Monday along with some other doc changes or should we call RC4 done
and do an extra RC?
